END2END survey many Data Centres and Computers Rooms over the year and many are having issues with cooling effectively. Often the main problems are simply fixed by two simple but effective products.
Firstly, many air grille tiles are just not up to the job. Often they are standard tiles with holes drilled in them - these just don't allow enough air flow. Secondly, the cool air is reaching the racks but spaces in the rack mean that much is wasted and often hot air from the rear recirculates to the front. |
Replacement of inefficient tiles with proper metal air grille tiles will ensure that the appropriate quantity of cool air reaches the racks (assuming the tiles are positioned correctly at the front of the IT racks). Click here for Datasheet.
