| HomeGroup is one of the country's leading
providers of rented housing, supported housing and low-cost home
ownership. HomeGroup has over 3000 staff working in around 60
offices throughout England and Scotland. They manage over 45,000
homes and are currently developing another 1750 properties. |

| HomeGroup planned a number of IT initiatives but
realised they had an entirely inadequate data room to cope with the
extra demands. HomeGroup scoped out a requirements document and
invited END2END to tender for the new computer room project. We
identified various ways to enhance HomeGroup's original ideas for
the area and helped to map that design into a difficult location.
The building required reconfiguration to accommodate the ceiling’s
support beams (whilst still allowing effective airflow) and
structural reinforcement of the floor to allow fot the weight of the
equipment. |
| The Data Centre
- Despite all of the obstacles, END2END delivered a modular
future-proofed Data Centre that addresses all of the current and
future IT demands of this growing organisation. The room has become
an important addition to the visitor site tour – we incorporated a
viewing corridor and window into the build. This has helped the
organisation demonstrate their commitment to providing the highest
standards of customer service in the securest environment. |  |
