Computer Room infrastructure maintenance and support requirements.
In a single service contract, we can include all of your Mechanical
and Electrical components (e.g. UPS's, Generators, A/C's, Fire
Suppression, etc.) and any other subsystems (e.g. Security Systems).
The contract is designed to meet your business needs and can also
include Support Audits and/or Remote Monitoring, if you have high
service levels to achieve. All of the chosen options are integrated
into a coordinated service, providing you with a single point of
contact/control (SPOC) for logging and monitoring your call
progress. We provide regular reports and review all calls for
potential trends to ensure the availability of your facility is the

Our Call Centre arranges all of the engineers and parts to get any problem
resolved and we provide regular preventative maintenance visits for
key components (e.g. Air conditioning, UPS's, etc.) to keep them
running efficiently and to spot potential issues before they occur.
This is all part of a standard maintenance contract. For more details - Click here
As part of
the contract, we can provide Remote Monitoring, where all of the key indicators
inside your Data Centre are monitored and any issues are alerted to
our Call Centre for immediate actioning. In this way your operations
staff are free to worry about their core activities. Our Audit Service provides you with an annual full audit of your Data Centre / Computer Room to check it
is still meeting its design goals.
