not always possible to have staff on-call or on-site 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. END2END's Remote Monitoring Service alleviates the
problem. In the event of an issue, the Environmental Monitoring
infrastructure installed on site sends an alert to the Monitoring
Centre at END2END. The staff at the Centre check on the severity and
nature of the problem and if necesary schedule engineers and parts
to site. The first thing you will know is when the engineer is on
his way to your site.
